RECIPE OF THE MONTH

SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DIP
Ingredients List
1 cup Butter or Margarine
40 oz Chopped Spinach
1 can Artichoke Hearts
8 - 8 oz Cream Cheese
10 oz Sour Cream
4 cups Shredded Parmesan
Garlic Salt to Taste
Cooking Instructions
1. Melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat. Stir in spinach and artichokes. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
2. Mix cream cheese and sour cream into spinach mix.
3. Stir in shredded parmesan cheese and garlic salt.
4. Cook. Stir occasionally until thick, about 10-15 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
